Q: Is the estate located with direct beach access?

A. No. The estate is situated on a hill with unobstructed views of the ocean. Hart Bay is just a short drive down the hill with a path to access. Families enjoy shelling on the narrow beach strip and for good swimmers there is snorkeling in the bay.

Q: Are we able to snorkel or do any water sports directly from the estate?

A. Water Yoga or water pilates can be organized at your pool. Hart Bay offers great shelling and snorkeling when waters are calm.

Q: How many staircases are there?

A. From the Upper landing to the kitchen level we have 110 steps, with bedrooms on different levels and railings.

Q: Is the estate child/elderly friendly? Do you provide child gates for the staircases?

A. An elderly person would chose Andromeda as their bedroom with easy access to kitchen and living spaces and just very few steps. Kids gates are located at both pool accesses from all bedrooms except Andromeda, however alarm sensors are installed on those sliding doors that notify someone when doors are opened.
